What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

How do I start a return shipment?

To start a return, please contact our customer service at support@gentbury.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with further instructions.

Do i have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Can i exchange an item?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your original item and place a new order

When will i receive my refund?
