Ordering & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, SEPA.
Can I still change or cancel my order after I have placed it?
If you would like to cancel an order, contact us immediately atsupport@gentbury.co.uk. We will do what we can, but we cannot promise a cancellation. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it is no longer possible to cancel it.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we always offer free shipping – with no minimum order value.
How long does processing and delivery take?
- Handling time: 0 to 1 business day (Monday to Friday)
- Time in transit: 4 to 8 business days after dispatch (Monday to Friday)
Which courier service do you use?
We use reliable courier services such as Royal Mail and FedEx for our deliveries.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package here.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
If your order has been delayed or has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at support@gentbury.co.uk , and we will be happy to assist you.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Do i have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
When will i receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If your parcel arrives with visible damage, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery so we can review it and advise you on the resolution. If your order appears to be lost, contact us and we will help investigate with the courier.
