Delivery cost and currency

We ship United Kingdom orders free of charge. All prices on the site are listed in GBP.

When we prepare orders

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Our processing time is 0 to 1 business day. The cut off is 14:00 (GMT): orders placed before that time are handled within the same working cycle, and orders placed after 14:00 (GMT) move to the next business day. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

What happens after dispatch

Once your parcel is dispatched, delivery usually takes 4 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday). Timing can differ depending on the destination within the United Kingdom.

Tracking and carriers

We dispatch with established carriers such as Royal Mail and FedEx. When your order leaves us, you will receive a dispatch email with tracking details.

If a parcel is running late

If your parcel has not arrived by the end of the expected delivery window, please wait 2 extra business days. If it still has not arrived after that, email support@gentbury.co.uk with your order number and we will help.

Lost or damaged items

If your parcel arrives with visible damage, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery so we can review it and advise you on the resolution. If your order appears to be lost, contact us and we will help investigate with the courier.

Order cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@gentbury.co.uk. We will do what we can, but we cannot promise a cancellation. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it is no longer possible to cancel it.
